Greater Than You

I recently worked on a concentration in my digital art class, revolving around peaceful dragons representing the optimism that can be found in challenging moments of life.
This piece represents the points in life where one discovers just how small one can be in relation to the world and, despite how frightening something so great and unknown can be, this tiny dragon looks toward the sky with optimism toward the mysteries of the unknown. 


I find the bright colors of this to be a blessing and a curse. The saturation and pops of color reflect the brightness of optimism that I intended to show, but I feel as if it's too bright and therefore a bit hard to look at. I'd appreciate some feedback on that aspect and any others!
